Craftpix Inc. - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Craftpix Inc.'s website, applications, and services ('Services'). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization; references to 'you' include both you and the organization.
Account Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Craftpix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.
AI and Automation Features (Full Disclosure)
Craftpix incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to deliver automated features such as photo enhancement, before/after comparison, background cleanup, object detection, defect/feature tagging, and review prompt automation. Uploaded photos and metadata may be used internally to train, test, and refine Craftpix's proprietary computer vision and language models. These models are designed to improve performance across users while maintaining confidentiality of your data.
Craftpix does not sell or share your identifiable photos or underlying data with external AI vendors for model training. All AI training occurs within systems managed by Craftpix or approved infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality. De-identified and aggregated photo data may be used to improve our algorithms. We never use identifiable User Content for public datasets without your consent.
Privacy and Data Security
Craftpix processes personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and photos in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We employ commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data and host information securely on Google Cloud servers in the United States.
Craftpix Inc. - Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Craftpix Inc. ('Craftpix', 'we', or 'our') collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, 'Services').
Information We Collect
We collect identifiers (names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses), customer records (project addresses, billing and subscription details), photos, videos, metadata (EXIF and geolocation), and usage data (cookies, session activity, diagnostics).
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your photos and account information until you request deletion of your account. Cancelling or letting your subscription lapse does not automatically remove your data. Upon verified deletion request, we delete data from active systems within 90 days and backups within 180 days, except as required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Craftpix Inc. - Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
This Data Processing Addendum supplements the Terms of Service and outlines how Craftpix AI ('Processor') processes personal data on behalf of the customer ('Controller').
Categories of Data and Subjects
Categories include business contact details (names, emails, phone numbers), customer contact and address information imported via integrations, job and property metadata (service address, photo location), and uploaded photos/videos that may contain individuals or property identifiers. Data subjects include Controller's personnel and end customers.
Subprocessors
Craftpix may engage subprocessors for hosting, storage, payments, communications, and analytics. Core subprocessors include Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, Twilio SendGrid, and HubSpot. Craftpix will notify Controller of changes to subprocessors and provide an opportunity to object where required by law.
International Transfers
Personal data is stored in the United States. For EEA/UK transfers, Craftpix will rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46).
Retention, Return, and Deletion
Craftpix retains customer data until deletion is requested by the Controller. Upon written request or termination, Craftpix will delete or return all personal data from active systems within 90 days and remove backups within 180 days, except where retention is legally required or necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
Liability and Governing Law
This DPA is governed by Washington State law and subject to the limitations of liability set forth in the main agreement.
